My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms appeared clean and of good quality, but there were some aspects that made it feel like a lower-class hotel. Nonetheless, the spaciousness was a plus while some details like crooked lamp shades and a messy bed were disappointing.

I absolutely loved my stay! The hotel provided a clean and quiet handicap accessible room with all the advertised amenities. The staff was extremely helpful and even recommended a beautiful walk at Falls Park. Despite being busy, they ensured quick room turnovers. The location was excellent, especially for families, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a king-size suite for free. The dining experience was warm and well-attended, with a handy food automaat in case of late hunger.

The hotel presented a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well laid out and had a comfortable bed, though some elements made it appear less upscale. The service, especially in the pool area, was extremely friendly, offering a pleasant surprise. The location was good but had limitations for particular events. The dining experience left something to be desired in the morning. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
